Richtig guter Kundenservice
Beim Testaufbau ist mir aufgefallen das die Dachstangenteile nicht zusammenpassen nach einem 1 minütigen Gespräch mit dem Kundendienst wurde mir ohne das ich die fehlerhaften Teile zurückschicken musste, kostenlos entsprechende Ersatzteile zugeschickt. Die Lieferung dauerte 7 Tage aber die Ersatzteile passen zusammen und das Zelt ist wenn es aufgebaut ist schön groß und geräumig. + das Zelt sieht hammer aus!

Echt tolles Zelt!
Wir sind begeistert. Es wurde mega schnell versendet. Da wir auf dem Markt einen Verkaufsstand haben und der auch erstmal stehen muss, dachte ich, oh weh, ob wir rechtzeitig fertig werden. Aber es stand in 10 Minuten. Es ist dicht, gut zu händeln und sieht gut aus.
